Glass Table

Cleaning a glass table can be complicated, but with these tricks, it will be much easier, so let’s see how you can do it without any hassle.

You can use a homemade mix of water, ammonia and alcohol. The proportion used is one part alcohol, one part ammonia and four part water. If you want, you can substitute the alcohol and ammonia for vinegar.

Using a lint-free cloth, spray on the surface and rub until the surface is shiny. This same preparation can also be used for small furniture or mirrors.

Glass Chandelier

Cleaning a glass chandelier can be a difficult job, but with the impeccable tricks mentioned here, it will be much more comfortable to get rid of the dirt from a glass chandelier. Although leaving a flawless glass chandelier can seem very costly, it is actually much simpler and faster if you apply a few little tricks. For this we will need the following elements;

  • A sprayer

  • Water

  • Ammonia

  • Trash bags or protective plastic

The first thing you have to do is prepare a mixture of equal parts of ammonia and water and introduce it into the sprayer. Then you will protect the floor under the lamp with a plastic or large garbage bags and spray the Chandelier with the above mixture. In case of not reaching well, you can climb with caution to a staircase or chair. You will see how the dirt is falling on the plastic which we will not remove until the Chandelier is dry.

Glass Vase

A glass vase is very delicate, so when you are cleaning a glass vase, you must act with care. With the passage of time, the vases start turning yellow and catch dirt. To clean and eliminate the odors, we will have to pass, inside and out, a dampened cloth in a container with water and a jet of product mixture of diluted ammonia and soap.

Another effective trick is to fill the glass vase with warm vinegar, and leave it all night and the next morning you will wipe it with a little soap and warm water, giving a last rinse with warm water.

If the vase has a very narrow neck, you can enter a funnel, sand, water and dish soap, shake it carefully, let it rest, empty it in the sink and dry it well. Here the sand will be responsible for dragging the dirt out.
